These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and PartSense.

PartSense provides electronic component search, pricing, and inventory information services through:

Tools & Resources: Calculators, cross-reference tools, and technical documentation
Our services are globally accessible and provided "as-is" and may be modified, updated, or discontinued

PartSense is headquartered in Canada but provides services globally. Please note the following important

Canada (PartSense headquarters)
United States (via cloud services like Google Cloud Platform)
Other regions as needed for service delivery and redundancy
By using our services, you consent to the transfer of information to countries outside your country

While PartSense is a Canadian company subject to Canadian laws, users accessing our services from
other countries are responsible for:

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
Services are provided "AS-IS" without warranties of any kind. PartSense disclaims all
warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and
non-infringement.
Beta Services and Early Access
From time to time, PartSense may offer features or access to the platform designated as "Beta," "Early Access," or "Preview" (collectively, "Beta Services").
"As-Is" Provision: Beta Services are provided strictly "AS-IS" and "AS-AVAILABLE" for testing and evaluation purposes. We do not guarantee that Beta Services will be free of bugs, errors, or downtime. You acknowledge that using Beta Services is at your own risk.
Quotas and Pricing: During the Beta period, PartSense may temporarily waive usage limits, quotas, or subscription fees ("Beta Perks"). You acknowledge that these Perks are temporary. PartSense reserves the right to modify, limit, or remove these features and to establish permanent usage quotas or pricing tiers upon the conclusion of the Beta period.
Data: While we implement robust database backups, you agree that PartSense is not liable for any data loss or corruption that may occur while utilizing Beta Services. We highly recommend regularly exporting your inventory data.
PartSense shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising
from your use of our services.
Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated
through:

Prominent notice on our website
In-app notifications where applicable
Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
